Learning Technology Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Technology Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies for the learning technology suite and SaaS learning platform
• Design and deploy repeatable learning paths for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Create and implement a badging program and establish online learning communities

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing a customer-facing learning platform
• Exceptional organization and project management skills
• Experience in training and applied instructional design
• Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
