Job Summary

Designing and maintaining sustainable learning technology solutions, the full-time salaried Learning Technology Solutions Engineer will implement architecture and integrations while collaborating with internal teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage solutions across learning management systems and related business applications
• Document architecture, processes, and workflows to ensure long-term scalability and shared understanding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system challenges and provide technical mentorship

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Five to seven years of related technical experience with increasing responsibility
• Experience in designing and maintaining Python scripts for workflow automation
• Strong understanding of back-end communication for learning assets and systems
• Ability to implement workflow improvements that reduce manual processes
