Learning Technology Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and implementing sustainable learning technology solutions, the full-time Learning Technology Solutions Engineer will manage architecture and integrations primarily for the Learning Management System while collaborating with internal teams and ensuring compliance and efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage solutions across diverse applications, focusing on the Learning Management System and related business systems
• Document architecture, processes, and workflows to support scalability and shared understanding
• Investigate and resolve level 3 escalations of system challenges while providing technical mentorship

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of five to seven years of related technical experience with increasing responsibility
• Experience in designing and maintaining automation scripts and services for workflow integration
• Ability to understand and orchestrate back-end communication between learning assets and systems
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on sustainable and practical solutions
