Learning Technology Specialist

Job Summary

To support the learning ecosystem, the remote Learning Technology Specialist will manage LMS integrations, automate data flows, and provide insights through robust reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of LMS integrations and build API-based connections
• Design data models and develop dashboards to ensure accuracy and freshness of KPIs from the LMS to analytics
• Automate workflows for user provisioning and enrollments while managing release testing and change control

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in learning technologies, data or BI, or systems analysis
• Hands-on experience with LMS administration and integrations, preferably with Docebo
• Proficiency with APIs, REST, JSON, and basic scripting in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
• Working knowledge of SSO, IdP, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
• Solid skills in data modeling and BI, with advanced Excel and intermediate SQL capabilities
