Learning Technology Specialist

Job Summary

To design and deliver engaging learning experiences, the full-time remote Learning Technology and E-Learning Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to create impactful learning solutions, manage LMS functionality, and evaluate learning effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective learning solutions
• Design and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning courses and blended learning experiences
• Manage multiple learning projects from planning through implementation while fostering collaboration across the organization

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Storyline
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
