Learning Tools Manager

Job Summary

Leading the transition of the Learning Management System (LMS), the full-time Learning Tools Manager will own the learning technology stack, manage simulation and authoring tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator of the LMS, overseeing its configuration, permissions, and content architecture
• Lead the end-to-end LMS transition project, including vendor evaluation, implementation, and change management
• Collaborate with data & analytics teams to design learning dashboards and translate data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in learning technology or related fields within a tech company or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated experience owning or leading an LMS, including at least one platform implementation or migration
• High-level familiarity with learning authoring tools and managing SCORM files
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects
• Prior people management experience, including performance reviews and professional development
