Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lease Admin Analyst- Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input, maintain, organize, and report on lease data for assigned portfolio of clients
  • Assist in resolving critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information about payment transactions and lease terms
  • Prepare lease abstracts, track payables and receivables, and assist with the preparation and distribution of reports
Required Qualifications:
  • High school degree or general education degree
  • 2+ years of related work experience, preferably in property management or accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and write routine reports
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products)
