- Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements
- Perform full-scope basic audits for lease administration clients
- Assist with the preparation of CAM reconciliations for accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
- Experience with analyzing information and making judgments
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
