Job Summary

  • Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements
  • Perform full-scope basic audits for lease administration clients
  • Assist with the preparation of CAM reconciliations for accuracy

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
  • Experience with analyzing information and making judgments
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
