Job Summary

Conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients, the full-time Lease Administration Analyst will verify operating expenses against lease terms, perform audits, and prepare reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements to ensure compliance with lease clauses
  • Perform full-scope audits for lease administration clients and recommend actions for recovery
  • Assist in preparing CAM reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to business control standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Ability to follow existing procedures to solve standard problems
