Lease Administration Analyst

Job Summary

Resolving lease-related issues, the full-time Lease Administration Analyst will manage settlement agreements, property damage claims, and utility reconciliations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve and negotiate Settlement Agreements related to cell site access issues and property damage claims
• Address power outages, trespass claims, and risks associated with bankruptcies and foreclosures
• Ensure compliance with lease rights and maintain effective communication with clients, landlords, and third parties

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of relevant experience and education
• Up to 3 years of experience in lease administration or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word
• Ability to adapt to frequent process changes and learn new procedures quickly
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset for problem-solving
