Lease Administration Analyst

Job Summary

Resolving lease-related issues, the full-time Lease Administration Analyst will manage settlement agreements, property damage claims, and utility reconciliations in a remote capacity while focusing on telecommunications industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Resolving and negotiating settlement agreements related to cell site access and property damage claims
• Reconciling utility usage and addressing power outages due to utility issues or deliberate actions
• Managing claims related to trespass, encroachment, bankruptcies, foreclosures, evictions, and condemnation actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Comfortable discussing issues directly with clients, landlords, and third parties
• Ability to adapt to frequent process changes with a flexible and solutions-oriented approach
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset for analyzing information
