Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lease Administration Associate Manager responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of commercial leases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day Lease Administration activities and ensure accurate accounting of client records
  • Review and validate rent statements, manage sublease agreements, and facilitate updates to the database
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance with lease terms and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial Lease Administration
  • Strong knowledge of various software and databases, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Ability to interpret complex lease agreements and create detailed financial reports
  • Experience in Lease Accounting is preferred
