Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lease Administration Associate Manager responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of commercial leases.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day Lease Administration activities and ensure accurate accounting of client records
- Review and validate rent statements, manage sublease agreements, and facilitate updates to the database
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance with lease terms and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial Lease Administration
- Strong knowledge of various software and databases, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
- Ability to interpret complex lease agreements and create detailed financial reports
- Experience in Lease Accounting is preferred
