Job Summary

Managing the workflow and day-to-day activities of a team, the full-time Lease Administration Associate Manager will oversee lease administration processes, ensure compliance with lease agreements, and provide leadership and training while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage all Portfolio Administration services for a specific team/account
  • Oversee associates and operations to ensure work is completed and deadlines are met
  • Support timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple high priorities
