Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Lease Administration Coordinator II will manage lease package processing, audit contractual language, and collaborate with various internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Audit contractual language and process lease packages
- Assist the sales organization with researching and troubleshooting complex lease package issues
- Collaborate with internal teams for general inquiries and escalations related to lease packages
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of previous work experience, including one year in Lease Administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
