Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Lease Administration Coordinator II will manage lease package processing, audit contractual language, and collaborate with various internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Audit contractual language and process lease packages
  • Assist the sales organization with researching and troubleshooting complex lease package issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams for general inquiries and escalations related to lease packages
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Three or more years of previous work experience, including one year in Lease Administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
