Job Summary
Managing a team of lease administration professionals, the full-time Lease Administration Manager will oversee daily operations, client relationships, and the delivery of lease administration services in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff while managing recruitment and hiring processes
- Coordinate daily activities of the team, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage client reporting processes and implement process improvement initiatives while serving as the primary contact for client relationships
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
- Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
- Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and improve departmental quality and efficiency
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced math skills for financial calculations and reporting
