Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leasing Administrator to manage lease data and reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and validate lease data, ensuring accuracy in reporting and financial transactions
- Prepare lease abstracts and provide analysis and interpretation of lease information to clients
- Track accounts payable and receivable related to leases and process client rent rolls
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of lease administration experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in lease administration technology
- Understanding of lease agreements and accounts payable processes
- Experience in commercial real estate is a plus
