Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leasing Administrator to manage lease data and reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and validate lease data, ensuring accuracy in reporting and financial transactions
  • Prepare lease abstracts and provide analysis and interpretation of lease information to clients
  • Track accounts payable and receivable related to leases and process client rent rolls
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of lease administration experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in lease administration technology
  • Understanding of lease agreements and accounts payable processes
  • Experience in commercial real estate is a plus
