Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lease Administrator to manage lease data and relationships within their real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, maintain, and report on lease data and related documentation
- Oversee reconciliation of rents and operating expenses for each location
- Maintain positive relationships with landlords and property managers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience in lease administration or commercial property accounting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with lease administration software preferred; familiarity with Lucernex desired
- Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages and basic Excel formulas
