Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lease Administrator to manage lease data and relationships within their real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, maintain, and report on lease data and related documentation
  • Oversee reconciliation of rents and operating expenses for each location
  • Maintain positive relationships with landlords and property managers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in lease administration or commercial property accounting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with lease administration software preferred; familiarity with Lucernex desired
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages and basic Excel formulas
