Lease Audit Manager

Job Summary

Managing US and Canadian lease audit and co-tenancy programs, the full-time Lease Audit Manager will enforce lease provisions, negotiate multi-million dollar rent reconciliations, and conduct expense analyses while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the US and Canadian lease audit and co-tenancy programs
• Negotiate, settle, and collect multi-million dollar rent reconciliations uncovered during lease audits
• Conduct expense analyses and interpret lease terms for management and internal departments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (strongly preferred)
• CPA certification (strongly preferred)
• 5-8 years of retail experience, ideally in Lease Compliance and/or Auditing
• Deep understanding of lease contracts and negotiations
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and relevant laws
