Lease Audit Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing lease audit and cost recovery activities, the full-time Lease Audit Manager will manage audits for a large corporate real estate portfolio, serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, and ensure compliance and resolution of audit findings in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage full-scope and desk lease audits, including planning, execution, and reporting of recoveries
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party audit providers
• Track audit progress and findings, providing regular updates and executive-level reporting to clients and leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations
