Lease Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lease Auditor in Property Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Landlord co-tenancy reports and calculate Substitute Rent for violations
• Analyze CAM, Real Estate Tax, and Insurance reconciliations while negotiating with Landlords
• Act as the primary contact for Landlord-related matters and maintain good working relationships

Required Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent Property Management experience (3 years) in a retail environment
• Ability to understand legal terminology and interpret Lease clauses
• Property accounting experience preferred
• Strong PC skills are a plus
• Must be a multi-task oriented self-starter
