Lease Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a high-net closer- lease consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly quotas for land/lease acquisitions, extensions, and rent reductions while maintaining a high closing ratio
• Conduct net present value (NPV) cash flow analyses to present compelling financial offers to property owners
• Oversee the full-cycle transaction process from lead generation to final document execution

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of time-sensitive transactions
• Comfortable utilizing financial models and explaining complex cash flow concepts
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and real estate databases
• No degree required
