Lease Cost Manager

Job Summary

To support the AMERS Air Gapped Cloud leased data center Fitout program, the full-time Lease Cost Manager will manage cost accrual and forecasting for construction projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report on project financials while ensuring alignment with scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align on project scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop and maintain cost accrual and forecast reports for the lease fit-out portfolio
• Manage day-to-day cost management activities and report on project financial progress to senior managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years of related experience
• Deep commercial knowledge of construction costs in the region
• Experience managing estimating or commercials on major construction programs
• Working knowledge of construction contracts used in AMERs
• Ability to negotiate contractually and financially with construction partners
