Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lease Renewal Specialist to manage lease renewals and related processes for a portfolio of real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process for lease renewals, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives
• Lead the negotiation process for lease renewals to secure favorable financial terms and optimize tenant retention
• Analyze financial performance related to lease renewals and maintain positive relationships with tenants throughout the process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; professional designations are a plus
• 3+ years of experience in real estate, lease administration, or property management with a proven track record in lease renewals
• Strong understanding of financial principles, including EBITDA and rent roll analysis
• Ability to manage multiple renewal processes efficiently and effectively
• Familiarity with lease management software and Microsoft Excel
