Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with leased network vendors and providers to ensure network quality and performance
• Monitor compliance metrics and serve as a primary contact for escalated provider and vendor issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to support network initiatives and lead provider education efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required
• Minimum of 2 years in provider network management or vendor management within healthcare or insurance
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and vendor relationship management
• Familiarity with state Medicaid regulations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and network management systems
