Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leasing Administrator to support lease administration processes and ensure compliance with lease terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely receipt and processing of invoices and rent payments
  • Review invoices against lease terms and maintain accurate lease data in the management system
  • Prepare variance reports and assist with lease audits as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in lease administration, including accounts payable and general ledger
  • Ability to read and understand contract language
  • Experience with lease audits and reconciliations

  • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones
