Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leasing Agent to manage mid-term rental opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and manage mid-term reservation requests, overseeing the process from lead management to guest follow-up
• Develop marketing materials and outreach strategies to enhance client relationships and grow the rental base
• Track revenue and manage leads in the sales CRM to ensure accurate reporting and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of revenue-based experience in apartment leasing or corporate housing
• Strong understanding of lease terms and contracts
• Familiarity with the hospitality and real estate rental landscapes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and see them through from start to finish
• Experience in improving and streamlining processes in a dynamic environment
