Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies for multiple properties nationwide to ensure optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
• Design, launch, and refine long-term rental programs tailored to specific markets and property types
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning for each property

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in leasing, property management, or real estate consulting
• Demonstrated success launching rental programs and managing leases remotely
• Proficiency with property management software, virtual tour platforms, and CRM tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
