Job Summary

Supporting the Leasing Manager and property management team, the full-time Leasing Assistant will coordinate showings, process applications, and maintain accurate leasing records in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule showings with prospective tenants
  • Guide applicants through the application process and conduct initial screenings
  • Prepare and track lease agreements while maintaining accurate lease files
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with property management software is a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and a team player
