Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leasing Assistant to assist with the leasing process and provide quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prepare leasing account applications for approval
  • Provide trade-up and buyout quotes, co-term rates, and special rate quotes to Sales Representatives
  • Answer clients' and external leasing agents' questions
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
