Key Responsibilities

• Manage outreach for assigned leads, ensuring consistent follow-up from inquiry to lease signing
• Coordinate and schedule tours while educating prospects on properties and application processes
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage a personal pipeline to meet targets
