Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leasing Manager responsible for leading a transactional team and developing real estate strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lease negotiation processes and manage site selections to meet financial and quality goals
• Facilitate the disposition of owned buildings and manage relationships with brokers and attorneys
• Oversee the annual operating budget and manage financial relationships with landlords

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 7 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• No certification, license, or registration required
• Expertise in negotiating real estate contracts and financial modeling
