Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager-Leasing Functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of internal and external leasing functions
• Negotiate leases for University departments and owned commercial space
• Resolve landlord/tenant issues and suggest improvements to operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
• Ability to travel to project or real estate sites
• Proficiency in operating a computer
