Leasing Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple concurrent leasing and due diligence workstreams, the full-time remote Leasing Engineering Project Manager (EPM) will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive high-impact programs, and ensure timely execution of leased data center projects for a major technology client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage leasing and due diligence activities from initiation through execution
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, legal, construction, and real estate teams to ensure project alignment
• Maintain project dashboards and status reports, presenting updates and risks to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline
• 4+ years of experience managing complex technical or infrastructure projects
• Strong project management experience with multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently with minimal oversight
