Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Administration Analyst to manage employee leaves of absence and provide customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming communications regarding leaves of absence and provide accurate service
  • Coach employees and managers on leave policies and legal requirements
  • Assess and track FMLA claims while coordinating with vendors for concurrent leaves
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Two or more years of professional experience in absence management is preferred
  • Knowledge of FMLA regulations and ADA is highly desired
  • Hands-on experience with HR/Payroll systems is desired
  • Legal right to work in the United States
