Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Administration Analyst to manage employee leaves of absence and provide customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming communications regarding leaves of absence and provide accurate service
- Coach employees and managers on leave policies and legal requirements
- Assess and track FMLA claims while coordinating with vendors for concurrent leaves
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Two or more years of professional experience in absence management is preferred
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and ADA is highly desired
- Hands-on experience with HR/Payroll systems is desired
- Legal right to work in the United States
