Job Summary
Providing comprehensive support for leave management, the full-time Leave Administration Coordinator will process inquiries regarding leaves of absence, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and assist employees and managers in navigating the leave process remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process incoming calls, emails, and notifications related to leaves of absence while delivering prompt and accurate service
- Coach employees and managers on legal requirements and policies regarding leaves, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations
- Assess and track FMLA claims, coordinate with Short Term Disability and Workers' Compensation teams, and update employee records as needed
Required qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree is required
- Two or more years of professional experience in absence management is preferred
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and ADA requirements is highly desired
- Hands-on experience with HR/Payroll systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office is desired
- Legal right to work in the United States
