Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support for leave management, the full-time Leave Administration Coordinator will process inquiries regarding leaves of absence, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and assist employees and managers in navigating the leave process remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Process incoming calls, emails, and notifications related to leaves of absence while delivering prompt and accurate service
  • Coach employees and managers on legal requirements and policies regarding leaves, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assess and track FMLA claims, coordinate with Short Term Disability and Workers' Compensation teams, and update employee records as needed
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree is required
  • Two or more years of professional experience in absence management is preferred
  • Knowledge of FMLA regulations and ADA requirements is highly desired
  • Hands-on experience with HR/Payroll systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office is desired
  • Legal right to work in the United States
