Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Leave Administration, Retirement, and Wellness Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of all leave programs and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage high-volume leave operations and serve as the primary escalation point for complex cases
  • Lead the development and implementation of wellness strategies and oversee retirement plan compliance


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Benefits, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience with HR Systems; Workday HRIS experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and federal/state leave laws
  • Leadership skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally
