Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Specialist, Leave Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and administer employee leave programs, ensuring a supportive experience for team members
  • Coordinate vendor management of third-party leave administrators and maintain accurate leave records
  • Ensure compliance with leave regulations and prepare reports on leave metrics for workforce planning
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in US disability/leave administration
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of federal and state disability and paid family leave laws
  • Familiarity with California statutory leave and disability programs
  • Experience administering workers compensation and managing claims preferred
