Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Administrator in Leave of Absence Administration - Processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides efficient and accurate data entry, reporting, and transactional support for Leave of Absence processes
- Offers expert support for Leave of Absence related to time tracking, time reporting, and payment processing
- Collaborates with key stakeholders and participates in performance improvement activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and experience in leave of absence administration, payroll, or related fields
- Experience with multiple software systems such as UKG, Kronos, Workday, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new systems as needed
- Attention to detail and critical assessment skills
