Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Administrator in Leave of Absence Administration - Processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides efficient and accurate data entry, reporting, and transactional support for Leave of Absence processes
  • Offers expert support for Leave of Absence related to time tracking, time reporting, and payment processing
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders and participates in performance improvement activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge and experience in leave of absence administration, payroll, or related fields
  • Experience with multiple software systems such as UKG, Kronos, Workday, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new systems as needed
  • Attention to detail and critical assessment skills
