Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Administrator to manage leave of absence programs and workers' compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Administers employee leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Coordinates requests for ADA accommodations and manages related documentation
- Advises employees and managers on leave entitlements and maintains accurate leave records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in leave program administration
- Experience in administering leave programs and Workers' Compensation
- Strong understanding of FMLA and state mandated leave benefits
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
