Job Summary
As a full-time Leave Administrator working remotely on the Customer Experience team, the successful candidate will manage employee benefits claims paperwork, ensure timely submission, and collaborate with customer-facing teams to drive process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Foster collaboration with external administrative counterparts through various communication methods
- Manage the flow of necessary leave paperwork while handling multiple concurrent leaves
- Document and convey all claim escalations to designated team members
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative work experience
- Comfortable working with and learning new tech systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track various tasks
- Openness to learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with appropriate care
