Job Summary

As a full-time Leave Administrator working remotely on the Customer Experience team, the successful candidate will manage employee benefits claims paperwork, ensure timely submission, and collaborate with customer-facing teams to drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration with external administrative counterparts through various communication methods
  • Manage the flow of necessary leave paperwork while handling multiple concurrent leaves
  • Document and convey all claim escalations to designated team members
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative work experience
  • Comfortable working with and learning new tech systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track various tasks
