Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave and Accommodation Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming and outgoing faxes, review and return calls, and complete Accommodation and Leave Return to Work tasks
  • Prepare weekly internal reports, perform data entry functions accurately, and assist in onboarding process of new hires
  • Maintain records management, type/generate letters and other documents, and provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, including leave programs and ADA job accommodations
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access
  • Independent problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
