Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave and Accommodation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and administer federal, state, and company leave requests, ensuring compliance and communication with employees and managers
  • Manage the ADA interactive process, assess accommodation requests, and partner with HR to implement approved accommodations
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and ensure compliance with leave and accommodation laws while monitoring regulatory updates
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience administering FMLA and ADA accommodations in a complex U.S. environment
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws, including state paid family/medical leave programs
  • Experience managing the ADA interactive process and reviewing medical documentation
  • Workday experience in leave administration or HR transactions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining professionalism with sensitive information
