Leave and Disability Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Leave and Disability Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for absence management vendors and hotel leadership regarding colleague leave requests and accommodations
• Coordinate the return-to-work process and manage documentation related to accommodations and absence management
• Identify absence trends and collaborate with local HR to address potential issues related to leave policies

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in absence management policy and administration
• Prior experience with workers compensation claims and OSHA regulations
• Experience collaborating with operations leaders
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
