Leave Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Absence Management Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact and subject matter expert for caregivers and core leaders regarding leave of absence claims
• Adjudicate and administer leave of absence claims while maintaining excellent customer service
• Provide support and guidance on various types of leave and accommodation cases

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in Leave, Disability, Accommodation, or similar case management
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management, or equivalent education/experience preferred
