Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Coordinator to assist with administrative duties related to leave management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log and monitor FMLA absences and assist with leave case management
  • Communicate with employees regarding leave reminders and process leave paperwork
  • Support Leave Consultants by auditing leave hours and generating usage reports
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate
  • One to two years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or leave management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a collaborative environment
  • Internally motivated with a focus on customer service
