Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Coordinator to assist with administrative duties related to leave management.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and monitor FMLA absences and assist with leave case management
- Communicate with employees regarding leave reminders and process leave paperwork
- Support Leave Consultants by auditing leave hours and generating usage reports
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- One to two years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or leave management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a collaborative environment
- Internally motivated with a focus on customer service
