Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Law Compliance Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops compliance content addressing new legislation for internal and client distribution
• Collaborates with the Compliance team and client service teams to ensure compliance needs are met
• Provides timely support for compliance questions and contributes to the development of training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Juris Doctor preferred
• Four or more years of experience in employee benefits and compliance
• Experience drafting white papers and delivering compliance training
• Active state bar license preferred
