Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Management Analyst to oversee leave administration and compliance for U.S. leave programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer leave of absence processes and communicate effectively with employees and HR partners
  • Conduct research and data analysis to ensure compliance with state and federal leave laws
  • Facilitate the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) interactive process and manage relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, Healthcare, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of two to four years of experience with FMLA and ADA required
  • Working knowledge of HRIS, Leave Management software, and vendor systems required
  • Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
