Leave Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Management Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating leave policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the organization's leave policies and programs
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding leave management
• Manage a small team of leave of absence specialists and analyze leave data for trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources
• Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred
• Experience in interpreting organizational policy and federal/state FMLA regulations
