Job Summary
Providing essential HR support, the full-time Remote Leave Management Specialist will oversee leave of absence administration, serve as the primary contact for the Third-Party Administrator, and ensure compliance with leave regulations while delivering exceptional customer service to employees and clinics.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of various leave programs, including LOA, FMLA, and ADA
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the leave Third-Party Administrator, ensuring timely case management and accurate leave administration
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local leave regulations and conduct regular audits of HR data in systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting HR Generalist functions, including Leave Management
- Proven experience managing leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, STD, etc.)
- Hands-on experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, Paycom)
- Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly with Sheets and spreadsheet functions
