Job Summary

Responsible for administering leave programs, the full-time remote Leave Management Specialist will manage employee leave requests, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and serve as the primary contact for employees seeking leave information.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of employee leave programs, including medical, parental, and sick leave
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding leave inquiries and guidance
  • Monitor and track employee leaves to ensure timely documentation and compliance with policies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
  • Understanding of medical and disability terminology is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders
